NIH Policy Manual 1135-1 - Foreign
Gifts and Decorations Department policy is described in HHS General
Administration Manual 20-25, “Foreign Gifts and Decorations” pending revision.
That chapter provides policy and procedures for the acceptance of
gifts and decorations from foreign governments by HHS employees, including
members of their families, as authorized by the Foreign Gifts and
Decorations Act of 1966, as amended by P.L. 95-105 (5 USC
7342).
